Our store is housed in a preserved, historic neoclassical building of 1900, located in an emblematic spot in the center of Athens, on Mitropoleos Square, at 39 Mitropoleos Str., opposite to the Holy Cathedral of Athens. Created in 2017, it succeeded in combining modern architecture with the building’s tradition. It has 4 floors with a coverage of 1000 m2. With our new store, MIKOS confirmed 55 years of presence in the historic center of Athens.

At level 0, we diagnose the visitor’s request. If it is a matter of decorating a new space or a renovation, the visitor chooses from 16 Styles that characterize current or intertemporal decoration trends with the help of physically decorated rooms and printed material belonging to 5 different style categories.

At level 1, sampling takes place in 5 independent work areas with the help of a very wide variety of samples from Furniture, Furnishing Fabrics, Curtains, Carpets, Wallpapers, Blinds and Lighting. The Decoration Consultants offer personalized services with materials from the most important international houses, while having at their disposal a digital simulation platform that renders photorealistic visualizations of the application of the possible choices of the visitors in 3d space.

The process is completed with the decoration proposals that include everything from Furniture to Decorative Objects.
